Simply teaching the Bible, simply

This teaching is our 2nd session in our verse-by-verse study of the Book of Lamentations by pastor Barry – given as part of our family service on 11th February 2018.

In this study, we look at chapter 2 when Jeremiah continues to mourn the destruction of Jerusalem, and then in chapter 3 we see Jeremiah despairing of the human condition – sin, and coming to the end of any confidence in the natural man. It is then he lifts his head and sets his mind on the greatness, mercy and compassion of God, and declares, “Great is his faithfulness!”
